2. Client and Survivor Privacy

Information regarding a participant's housing status, domestic violence history, criminal background, or financial standing is strictly confidential. We do not publish a confidential shelter address or anyone's home address to protect personal safety. Identifiable stories or photographs are only published with documented, informed permission.

3. Volunteer and Staff Obligations

All volunteers, staff members, and board members are required to protect confidential and personal information. Breaches of confidentiality are treated with the utmost seriousness and may result in immediate dismissal from the organization.
