1. Donation Processing

All donations made to Grateful Gifted Lives support our housing initiatives, essential resources, and direct community support. Secure payments are processed via third-party gateways (such as Stripe). We do not directly store your payment card details.

2. Recurring Gifts

If you select a monthly recurring gift, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting our support team.

3. Refund Policy

As a nonprofit organization, general donations are typically non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days at contact@gratefulgiftedlives.org to request a review and potential refund.

4. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

For items purchased through our Shop, we accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise purchases are generally not fully tax-deductible because the purchaser receives goods in return.
